I spent many years of my life in Baltimore County but we moved to Georgia twenty years ago. We adopted our first Great Dane from a breeder in Frederick. Welcome to the forum.

Hello, my name is Lisa. I'm new to quilting. I've been watching the tutorials on you tube for several months. I love the way Jenny explains everything in her tutorials. I just ordered the Couch to Quilt kit and can't wait until it arrives later this week. I really enjoyed the shipping e-mail notification!! Keep it up!!!

A little bit about me: I'm one of seven children. I've been married to my sweet hubby for 27 years. We have 1 son, Brian (who passed away after a traffic accident almost 2 years ago); and 3 daughters. Our eldest daughter is married and we have a great son-in-law. They have 1 baby boy who just turned 1. Our middle daughter is in law enforcement, and loves her job! Our youngest just finished college, and has decided to stay in the town where the college is located. I've lived in Maryland for most of my life (I did move out of the state for a few months in my younger days, but came back home!).
