Old Newbie

Hi, my name is Pat, I am 71 years old, I live in Bullhead City, Arizona formerly from California. I have been quilting for a little over a year. I am self taught and make lots of mistakes, but I keep going. I love the precuts because I don't really enjoy cutting because I can't seem to cut straight lines. The darn fabric keeps slipping. Since I'm old, I decided I deserved a really good machine so hubby let me buy a Janome 7700. I love it. The company I bought it from threw in the big table that it fits in. (I asked them to throw it in since I paid so much for the machine) Happy Quilting!
