Hello from NH I am TOTALLY new to forums and looking forward to dipping my toes in the water with a bunch of quilters! I found the videos on tube quilting at the Missouri Star Quilt Company, loved them and can't wait to try!

Where in NH? I am in a quilt group that meets for a long weekend in NH...near Center Harbor. We also stop in to several of the local quilt shops while we are there. Have fun on this site and a big welcome from Connecticut.

What fun! Thanks for all your welcome notes. I guess I'd better watch my e-mail more closely and visit the Community every day to keep up. I live in Southern NH but I grew up in the Lakes Region and went to UNH in the late '70s. My sister and I both learned to sew at a young age and she's the one that got me interested in quilting. We love visiting Keepsake Quilting 3 or 4 times a year. The fall trip is always beautiful with the turning leaves but summer can be fun too as you drive by the lakes and see all the boats.

welcome from a newbie from NC. DD lives in swanzey, NH.....i think their snow recently melted ! yikes.

i love the tuts on MSQC, they are fun to watch and you learn tons. also makes you WANT to do them all. i limit myself to the easy stuff as i recently finished my first quilting class.....
