From Don-isewman--A new member today
Hello to everyone. I am a new member today. I'm a quilter, and a HAND QUILTER. I ENJOY hand quilting. I could sit from morning till night, and hand quilt. I have 1 quilt 99% hand quilted. Its a dble wedding ring. I have another quilt, basted, and ready to hand quilt also. I'm married. My wife name is San Juanita. I have 4 adult children. Don-Kelly-Pablo-Aaron. Pablo is my step son. But I have raised him since his 1st breath. So hes mine. He's 31 now. My son Aaron is in the nat'n guars. Has been for 13 yrs. I have 9(10) bio grandkids. My grdaughter out east has a sister. So anytime, I make my grdaughter out east a quilt, I make her sister 1 also. I've been quilting 28 years. And belong to the Muscatine Melon patchers guild. Been a member there 28 years. I'm to this day the only guy. We all have a great time. When we go to a quilt business. They always ask my wife, what she is looking for. My wife says talk to my husband, hes the quilter. I sometime, get amazeing looks. Anyhow, I say yes, I'm the quilter, and the wife is the gambler. Anyhow everyone take care. Don-isewman
