    Quilting in Panama

    Howdy!
My name is Susan Oller and am a new member. Just found your company via the news cast. Great story.
My husband and I recently retired to Boquete, Panama. Life here is simple, quiet and very peaceful, just the right environment to stir the creative side. I'm currently working with a group to make small quilts for the indigenous people in our area. It's a wonderful way to give back and pay ahead.

Hope everyone has a great day and Happy quilting.

Welcome from Virginia. Sounds like you have the idyllic place to be creative! I feel the same way about my retirement to the Blue Ridge Mountains. Vastly different than the beaches of Panama, but peaceful nonetheless. Enjoy the forum - it's a great place.

Actually we aren't anywhere near a beach. We, too, are in the mountains.
