    Hello from Atlanta

    Hi all,

    I'm Bobby and I am just getting in to quilting. I am kind of new to sewing but started because my gf and her daughters talked me into making costumes for all of us for Dragon Con next year.

    I am planning on making quilts for all 3 of them and for a good friend of our family who is having her second baby in June.

    It's kind of weird being a straight guy that likes to sew but I am OK with it...lol. Any other guys on here or folks in Atlanta?

    Hi there! Welcome from Dallas, GA. Moved from Oahu in March last year to join my DD/SIL and 3 grandbabies. We're north west of Atlanta, actually right next door to Acworth.

    Still adjusting to being in "The South". lol

    We have some guys on here like Ryan, expecting their first baby and Ron, who post regularly.

                    Welcome from Texas! My husband's two daughters live in Georgia - one in Lawrenceville and another in Winder. Beautiful state.

                            Thank you all so much for the warm welcome. I look forward to learning as much as I can and be helpful one day to someone who needs it. This is such a nice group of folks which is so rare on the internet these days.
