I have enjoyed the beginner tutorials here and decided to join the forum. I am 50 years old, have two marvelous sons who one of them made me a grandmother last spring. I enjoy quilting very much. I am a hand quilter. I also belong to Victoria's Quilts which is an organization where we make and give quilts to cancer patients. I am just a beginner and hope to learn a lot with these forums.

What if you woke up today and the only things you had were the things you thanked God for yesterday? :icon_hug:quilting trish

Re: New here from Canada
Thank you all so much for welcoming me to your forum. I hope to learn a lot from you. I will post some of the quilts I have done. The 8 pointed star had started for my mother but unfortunately she passed away before I could finish. I eventually finished it in time to give to my son and his bride on their wedding day. The baby quilt was a panel that I thought was so pretty. Both were hand quilted.
I hope I did the attachments correctly.
Best regards
MoniqueBlessed are the children of the piecemakers for they shall inherit the quilts!
