I'm a newbie, here me roar! ;)

Hello All,

Just thought I'd hop on in here and introduce myself. I'm a twenty-one year old newbie to quilting, just looking into this wonderful craft and admiring the handiwork of folks around me. I'm really new to all of this, but would love to learn more and I'm planning on starting my first quilt very soon.

A bit about me - I'm from a large family (eight children including myself), and most of us kids were homeschooled. I'm now married to my wonderful husband and enjoying a stay-at-home life which affords me lots of time to write (my main passion) and explore the craft world. We currently live in WV, so that's fun.

Anyways, look forward to getting to know you all better. I decided to join this forum after viewing many of the wonderful tutorials from the Missouri Quilt Co.

Nice to have you. I homeschool my kids. Oldest is graduated and married, almost 21. Youngest is 7 months old. I only have 3 though. All spread out!!

I look forward to your posts. (Maybe. I don't want bit or anything cuz I'm not a newbie.)

Its very nice to have you..Im also new and have found this to be the nicest site on the net.
Would be nice if all us newbies ...did a project together from start to finish? hmm thats a neat idea
