Settings so I can see my entire thread?

I would like to be able to see the entire post / thread. I would love to be able to see who I replied to; a continuous post on a thread. I don't like to think I have over-looked someone I need to thank or respond to. The display thread setting is confusing to me.

In the grey bar above there is 'thread tools' You can subscribe there if you like.

At the top right of the thread, click on DISPLAY. There are three choices - LINEAR, HYBRID, and THREADED.

Each have their advantages. I chose LINEAR because I like to see all the posts in one display without a bunch of clicking. It sounds like you might like that option too.
