Once and for all...which is easier for beginners...Jelly Rolls or Charm Packs???

Hi Janie,
I think the simplest project would be a baby or lap blanket made from charm packs because there would be no cutting. You'd just sew charms together into rows and then sew the rows together. Jenny had tutorials on this site for making charm pack quilts.

Yes, Janie, charm packs. Just pair them up & stitch together.

Janie, you may be new to quilting but if your not new to sewing then either or, why not use both say charm packs for quick and easy pinwheels and a jelly roll for piano key border. Have a go at both I'm sure you will do famously
