I Have posted more Pix to my albums, BUT????

I have made up some more albums and downloaded the pix but what comes up on my profile is an avatar I believe!!!
I have no idea what I did wrong or how to correct it!!!!

PLEASE HELP!!!!

Jan, I took a look at your profile and don't even see that you have an avatar there - what I see is the generic outline picture - the default.

I've never set up a specific album so I'm no authority in this case . . . but when I upload pictures I click on the paperclip (see above when you are creating a message it's on the row following the title box). In the dialog box that comes up do a browse, find the photo on your computer, click upload and wait until it is finished. There is a space at the bottom of that screen (after you've finished uploading all for a specific message) that allows you to indicate whether to use the photos as attachments or as in-line photos. That choice is up to you - it just lets the reader of your post see the photos in a different way.

Doubt this will truly help - but it may.

Jan, it's me again. I've been frustrated this morning trying to upload some pictures. I know that I used a certain program to resize some photos when I downloaded them from my camera. But, after pulling my hair out today, I went back and checked and maybe I didn't save the resize correctly as they were still too large to post here. Perhaps that's an issue you've run into with trying to set up your albums? Just a thought.

Well I did figure out how to fix my pix!!!
I am slow but not ... you all know that one!!!
I hit a learning curve and sometimes I can't see the forest for the trees!!!
Until I quit looking!!!

But I still haven't figured out how to post a pix for my profile???
Another learning curve!!!

Try this: go to settings (up there by your log in info), click on edit avatar (from the left hand column), choose option 2: upload image from computer, browse, select the pic you want to use ( max size 80x80 pixels or 19.5k) & upload it then click save changes
