If it wasn't so frustrating it would be purely comical.

Well, since "they have the BEST transportation network available" I guess they need to make good use of it.....

Just for giggles, I plugged all those cities into MapQuest to see the route your package has taken. Amazing.... 1900+ miles to arrive at it's destination (or at least current location) that is only 64 miles from original starting point!

Tracking now says I won't get this til the 30th. I actually ordered it the 10th.

Yep, right now making its 3rd trip past my house, likely going all the way BACK to Southaven Ms so they can try again.

This is absolutely funny (or should I say sad)! No wonder their costs go up and up. Sorry, of course, for the delay for you.

I begin to wonder if I will actually get it, and undamaged.

How can they even run a business like this? I am glad they are not in charge of any airlines. My vacation would be over before I arrived at my destination.

It's beyond the insane and into the obscene. Isn't there a "higher power" that people can complain to? There is no logical reason for this to be happening to the businesses or customers who use this service. What are they gaining by doing this? They must be gaining something!

Tracking this morning tells me it is now BACK in Mississippi........And *M wonders why we don't like Fedex "Smart"post. NOT the first time this has happened to me.

Mississippi? Holy cow! This is unreal!

My brain popped out, her package is in a time loop... but really its a shipping loop. Over and over again. I'd be contacting FedEx. Doubt that it would do any good.

I wonder if your local TV consumer reporter would like to tackle this one!

I did contact them. No satisfaction, just a run-around similar to my package.

I'm just glad we have a two day option where you can avoid all of this if you want to. Yay shipping options!
