Sorry, Lisa, we have heard this song and dance before.

    AD NAUSEUM...

If you really want to give us good service you will quit using these pathetic excuses for shipping partners and JUST SHIP FIRST CLASS! Period. Like someone else mentioned you can often pay counter rate (non-commercial) for first class postage for less than what you charge us. We are paying you more to ship our packages THE s.l.o.w.e.s.t. way possible. I don't buy that you could be getting your shipping that much cheaper from Fed-Ex or UPS. MANY other fabric sellers offer flat rate $5 (or less) shipping and send everything by Priority mail that arrives in 2-3 days after I ORDER. I currently wait 8-10 days for your packages AFTER they are shipped.

I feel you take it for granted that because we love Jenny (and we do) that we will accept substandard treatment as customers of M*. I just don't buy that M* "appreciate(s) your business, value(s) you as a customer and want(s) to ensure you have an amazing experience when shopping at Missouri Star - this includes the shipping process." As I have stated in the past, while I do still order from you - it's basically only daily deals and a few other things that I can't find elsewhere and don't need anytime soon. I will only be amazed when an order shows up three days after I order it - not until! I also will NOT pay additional for shipping to get it here sooner. Too many other places offer flat rate shipping in 3 days as I stated before.

Good Luck making any positive changes - I hope you can!

I don't order near as much from them since my parcels take an average of 10 days to reach me.
    Exactly!!!

    BINGO!

I hate it when it takes so long to get your order you forget what and why you ordered in the first place!

We have been hearing for the past couple years that shipping is improving and issues are being addressed but things only went downhill from there. I agree with the rest, and use USPS and be done with these other "lesser" shipping methods. I don't order much online, but I'm sorry, I just can't order from M* until shipping gets better. I live overseas and I don't want to pay for something and then have it get lost.

UPS surepost was not good. Fedex is 10 times worse.

MSQC, I love you guys but you're losing sales from me, a long-time, loyal customer because I need things in a timely fashion and can't count on you to deliver.
Well, this is just a guess.....

Hamilton's post office probably does not have the government funds to staff the Hamilton facility to handle the plethora of orders that M* has on a daily basis. I have suggested to the M* powers that be; to possibly outright purchase an 18 wheel truck, hire a driver or two and make a morning run and an evening run to the Kansas City postal facility. That would have to be faster than the way it is being shipped at present......the more hands that touch the packages? The more it will slow the process down!!!!! I have many times also asked the powers that be to offer a shipping choice when placing an order for the past 3-4 years....and it still hasn't happened.....
Not to mention, they have lost considerable business due to the shipping issues on my orders alone....
And, depending on how long M* signed a contract with FedEx? It may not be easy to make a change at this point?

Well the charm pack arrived today - 11/30. That's a whole day earlier than originally estimated ... I should be happy, right?
    (Sorry, my sarcasm is showing.)

So the charm pack weighed 4.3 oz including packaging. Post Office Counter First class rate is $3.75 which includes tracking. Estimated delivery in 3 days. Now if my math is correct @ $5 shipping I actually paid them $1.25 to double my shipping time.

I ordered the Daily Deal today and I already got a shipping notice. HOORAY!! Awww, but WAIT....shipping method, you guessed it! So, I wait...……...and wait...……….and wait.

But, important to note. I ordered from FQS on 11/23 and it shipped USPS. Still waiting on that one too.

    Go figure!
