I've just used live chat (Missouri Star customer happiness) for the first time. Person answered quickly, answered my question quickly, and what a nice surprise to be talking to a person who is identified, and with a photo also. How very like MSQC to do it right and with a little twist. This is a nice addition to your customer service offerings. Thank you.

I love the MSQ live chat. Its quick, efficient and passionate! I will only use chat when contacting AT&T. When I would call, I would be trying to talk to "Bob" or "Sally" in some far away country that I could not understand what they are saying. Chat makes a huge difference in communicating with them for some reason.
