    SmartPost

Not very happy right now. I placed and order on 4/19 for a Missouri Star water bottle. The shipping label was created 4/20 and FedEx sent an estimated delivery date of 4/28. On 4/28 I received an email stating my order was tendered to SmartPost😡 on 4/23 and still showing an estimated delivery date of 4/28. Tracking information was updated and is now showing a delivery date of 5/3, 13 days after the shipping label was created! Am I being unreasonable expecting it should not take almost 2 weeks for a package to go from Missouri to Virginia? It used to be when I ordered from Missouri Star it would take 3-4 days to receive my order.

FedEx, especially the Smartpost is always extremely slow to me as well.

I have always found that to be pretty much normal the last few years. I don't order much any more.

I'm not a fan of Fed Ex. I've had orders just across the border in Georgia, end up back in Kansas before it comes back to FL again.

FedEx is great for international deliveries (eg. MSQC to Canada). The reason I rarely order from FQS is that they use a secondary delivery company that will collect a number of outgoing packages and then hand them off to USPS making the delivery time at least two weeks from time of order.

Smartpost post in the US is exactly how you describe shipping from FQS. FedEx hands off the package to USPS after they have driven it all over the country instead of from Missouri to here. The packages come with lots of extra miles on them.

And that is if you can actually get them to SHIP your order in a week or so. My last one was 2 weeks to ship. Took almost a month from order to actually getting it. And I just live half a state away.

That's too bad. I guess ordering online -- can't be in a hurry.

Fortunately the MSQC orders don't take too long. I guess that's why we pay $20, and never get totally free shipping. Getting the order processed takes awhile sometimes.

Good Morning, I am so sorry FedEx Smart Post takes longer to get to you! Please know that we are always looking at ways to be better. We offer other shipping options besides Smartpost if you are in a hurry for your order.

Hey there Auntstuff, we try and offer multiple options for everyone. If you are needing to save some money we have our $5 shipping over, free shipping after $59 (that was lowered from $100), or even our bundle shipping options where you can bundle a weeks worth of orders with free shipping. If you need your order quicker we have those options too. I hope this helps.
