I understood I could post a "squeak" here so if I am out of line...just kick me off...okay?
I am just this winter rejoining the quilting world after never quilting for 25 years. All the new terminolgy of what I used to call squares, triangles, yards, 1/2 yards gets past me sometimes
My problem is this...once I purchase a charm, turnover, or whatever, I decide I would like to use
one of the unnamed, unnumbered patterns in that set to make borders or even the backing. I never can find it in the listings of yardage on bolts in your shop inventory. Am I not looking in the right places? I usually have to purchase it elsewhere...which I find by doing long and tedious searches online...which I don't want to do. I really rather be quilting-- and not dealing with an unknown company online. However, knowing how inventory works, I appreciate the reasons you must have for not keeping all designs in stock. But..Is there anyway customers can order through links/information provided on your site? ???
BTW ... I love the tutorials..Youtube and Symboz. The Youtube tutorials are what drew me to your store in the first place. Now I am hooked!! "Mom" (Jennie) teaches so very professionally, yet with such a smile that she makes one feel like a friend instead of an online student. The family, I know, has to be very proud of her.
Thank you much...Sue from Louisiana
