Very cute! It is four patches, set together with a narrow sashing, set on point. You would need four charms of each fabric and an equal number of white. It doesn't look like it would be too hard to do, you just have to plan carefully so that the fabrics match in the corners.
Just looked at it again. I think you could start with a layer cake of prints and a white layer cake. Choose one print and one white, place right sides together and stitch along to opposite sides. Cut in half in both directions, open and iron to the dark side. Arrange your units so that all four colored squares touch. Repeat this and then when you are happy with the layout, sew the four patches together and then sash two sides (being consistent on which two side you sash in each block (i.e. left and bottom)). You will have to trim all sides.

It's for a baby quilt but it would work more or less the same for any other quilt (either with charm packs or layer cakes).
