    It looks to me like the large snowflakes were a printed panel.. the only way I can think to get that look would be applique. Or, to embroider snowflake blocks and use them with a Nine Patch.

    The quilt pattern looks like 9patches set on point and then the squares with the snowflakes set on point. If you found some other fabric that you liked, you could make it, but Karen is right, it will be a different quilt. Definitely a possibility..it's just a matter of finding the right fabrics.

    There is no tutorial, and without the proper fabric I doubt one could be done. Those snowflakes were printed on the fabric. If you don't have that fabric the quilt can't be made.

    At one time they sold a kit for this quilt. That snowflake fabric was from a line of batiks that is no longer available. The tutorial is from 2011, a lot of times finding the fabrics from the old tutorials is almost impossible.

    The christmas skirt tutorial has a black and white snow flake quilt in the backround do you have a tutorial on that quilt or is there a pattern for it? I love Love love it.
