How long does it usually take for M* to respond to an email? I sent it early yesterday in regards to a problem with an order and have not even gotten a confirmation email saying that it was received.

Usually within 24 hours they will respond. You won't get a confirmation letting you know that it was received. I never did."She who dies with the most fabric wins"

I called once ( several months ago) and was told that they had over a week of emails backlogged that they were working on. It took about ten days to get an email response and by that time, I had resolved the issue on the phone.DonnaComment
