Is there a special trick to cutting around the apple core template with a rotary cutter? I've used both my large and small cutter and can't get it to cut around that inside curve? I noticed that Jenny said she did the cutting by hand on her tutorial. Maybe this is the best way.

Are you using the 5 inch apple core template? If so, Jenny recommends using the 28mm rotary cutter for cutting around it or cutting by hand with scissors. The one for the layer cakes she says the 45mm should handle that just fine. -
