Good morning everyone,

I've been working on cleaning and organizing the sewing room. I decided to wrap my fabric on comic book boards to see if it will open up some space in my fabric closet... (need room for more fabric of course), and I think it's working. I've spent two days on this, and I think I have a couple more to go. I bought the boards at least a year ago, but never got started on the project. My piles of fabric were getting messy, falling over, etc., so I decided to dive in. Needless to say, I found fabric I didn't know I had! Does anyone else use this method of storing fabric, and if so, what do you think about it?

I haven't used that specific method. I fold and wrap my fabric around one of my large rulers then stack them in a clear plastic box.

There are some on this Forum who have used the boards. I personally don't like my fabric exposed to dust & light, so my fabrics are stored in plastic drawer units.
