I spent this afternoon finishing a quilt that I had been putting off for several weeks. I wanted to do a wavy edge but was afraid that I would mess it up. With husband away for a few weeks, I knew today was the day. No problem, turned out great. Easier than mitring corners. Sorry I can't get pictures to upload from iPad.

Congratulations on your finish. I have a quilt from two years ago that I am needing to do the scalloped binding on it but have been to afraid to cut it wrong. Someday I will get it finished.

Scalloped binding or border? If it's border I can bring my handy Quilt in a Day ruler to the retreat. It was much easier than I thought it would be. For the binding, you just need to do a bias binding so it will stretch. Bring it along, let's get that done!
