Some of you remember that a few weeks ago I agreed to make a veil for a bride. Here's a photo from the wedding this evening. You can see the bride, and the end of the train to the left of the photo - it was a good ten feet long! I made the blusher separately - and honestly, it was way easier than I had anticipated. I used invisible thread in both the top and bobbin - didn't think that would work, but it went just fine. Also very grateful for that 40% off coupon from Hobby Lobby that I used to buy the 11 yards of beaded lace trim! In any case, the bride absolutely loved the veil, so it was worth the work!

It does look beautiful. Glad it was easier than anticipated, and even happier that the bride loved it.

The lace is beautiful and so is the veil. You did a great job! I'm glad it was easier than you anticipated.
