Wow, been a long time since we've had snow like that. Before Christmas we had 10" and that was too much for me! Ahhhh, such a sweet "excuse" to sew and sew. Enjoy! When it stops, the work begins.

OMG, my granddaughter is going to be so mad. They just came back from Jersey on Tuesday. She wanted to see snow so badly. Stay safe and enjoy lots of sewing.

Ugh! It's gorgeous when it's fresh snowfall..but take it easy shoveling, I threw my shoulder out shoveling the opening to the driveway where the plows pile it on. That was 2 yrs ago, took forever to get back to normal. Hope there isn't much drifting for you. Stay warm.

We thought there would be 6 to 12 inches; more like 12 to 18! I came down with the bad cold that's been making the rounds at work, so I had already planned to stay home today. So glad I did!

Be safe, quilty New England friends!

A friend of mine went out to shovel for her dog the other day and found it was easier to roll a couple large snowballs instead. If it's packable snow, you might try that!

We lived in Sturbridge Ma for 26 years. I truly miss those snow storms. My neighbor and I would get together and send the kids out to play. Cook together and have wine and cheese around the fire. Bring the kids in, dry them and their snow cloths off in the drying, feed them and then send them out again. Such fun times.

That's a lot of snow! But it sure is pretty. Our mts. have got a lot of snow this winter, but today it was 73 deg. here on the Front Range! We probably will get more snow in Mar. & Apr., which are our 2 snowiest months. Stay warm & safe. And sew!

So thankful for the South. One of our news stations is running a meme about the snow up north and the trees with buds on them in the south. The slogan is something about Atlanta is still leading New England!

Man - I am so glad I moved south last year and away from the shoveling
