2011 was a difficult year for me. I'd been unemployed since I was laid off July of 2010 and then this past November I started a temp job at a local casino. My car has been having problems but I'm now working on that. I had my brakes replaced today! Good thing because they were metal on metal. When I started this temp job, I was told it would be 2-3 wks but I'm still there. The last 2 weeks I've worked 28 hrs each week even though I was told that they could only use me part time. I'm still hoping that I'll be offered a full time permanent job. I also plan on starting school this month but since I've been working so much I haven't had a chance to go to the college to do what I need to do.

Fellow Quilters, my wish for each and everyone of you is that you have a very happy and prosperous 2012! I wish you nothing but the best! My love to you all!

Pam, I am glad to hear that things are looking better for you than one of your very first posts. Remember to do what makes YOU happy in your heart.

I sincerely hope that 2012 brings all of us health and happiness. There are some who are dealing with so much, that they certainly could use the relief.

Blessings, hugs, and prayers to all of my quilty friends.
