    My Christmas Story 2011

I know that many of my friends here have been very concerned about my well-being, so I decided to share my day with you:

    1 Sad (Small).jpg
You all know that I've been feeling pretty sad.

    2 Lazy (Small).jpg
    Even feeling terribly lazy.

3 Which Way to Go (Small).jpg
I didn't know which way to go.

    4 Found my spirit (Small).jpg
But, I finally found my spirit.

    5 Wrong kind (Small).jpg
Unfortunately it was the wrong kind.

    6 Tree farm (Small).jpg
So, Al convinced me to go to the Christmas tree farm.

    7 Hauling (Small).jpg
He patiently watched as I made my selection.

    8 Sorting decorations (Small).jpg
When we got home it was time to pull out the decorations.

    9 Decorating (Small).jpg
Wouldn't you know he put me in charge!

    To be continued.
Sometimes, when there's a raging fire,
it's best not to try to put it out with gasoline.

    10 Stringing lights (Small).jpg
Since he was being so difficult, I made Al string the lights.

    11 Tree topper (Small).jpg
He wasn't very pleased with my tree topper - what's wrong with Mr. Spaghetti and Meatballs?

    12 Gaudy Gaudy (Small).jpg
We would have had Mr. Gaudy if I'd let him decorate.

    13 A bit flakey (Small).jpg
So, I'm here to wish you all a very wonderful Christmas Season, filled with Happiness and Joy. Just REMEMBER THIS: We are all FLAKES, but GOD love us the way we are.

Well, guess I got the answer to my question - how is your day going?
You are too funny, but it sounds like you got some decorating done.

      Hugs,

        Thanks for the laugh Sandy!
I guess a lot of us are feeling a bit 'under the weather' right now, but you brighten everyone's day.

        Merry Christmas to and yours!
May your sorrows be patched and your joys be quilted

Thanks, Sandy! Merry Christmas to you!

Ya know, I can relate to part of that. I've been feeling sad lately because I'm now only working part time. I did have things planned for today but all I did was sit watching TV with my kitty in my lap...ALL DAY LONG!!! My bf wasn't real happy but, he deals with my bumps in the road.

                  Love ya!
