Love 'em all..........every time I think of "the one" another song pops into my head and I think.....oh yeah...there's that one as well :icon_bigsmile: At the moment in my car I'm listening to the greatest hits of Petula Clarke but really you could just about play any sixties music to me and I'm jigging and groovin'!!!!
Thanks for the link.

In my country in the 60s were popular Latino singers and Italians, but also we listened something in English, anyway his song has made to think of some old songs that have a lot of memories for me, Thanks

Aretha Franklin's "Respect" is one of my faves always, as well as early Beatles songs!

There are so many great songs from the 60's. Here are a couple that come to mind.

Twist & Shout
Crazy Love (I know it's 1970 but just had to add this one.)
Mellow Yellow
These Boots Were Made for Walking
Wild Thing
Stand by Me

OK, I'll stop but could go on and on and on.

Oh yes, the music of the 60's . It was ballads that made us cry, beach music that made us want to see the ocean, car music that made us want to cruise, dance music that made us want to dance, cheatin' songs and love songs, sad songs and happy songs...what a creative time of music we had back then.
