I bought the pattern so I could read through it and become familiar with it before I give it a try. It certainly goes together differently than I imagined!

What brand of stabilizer or interfacing do you recommend, and what type (brand?) of fabric glue? There are so many different kinds and brands anymore that I'm easily confused. I'd appreciate any suggestions from the NCW pros!

Thank you!

There are a couple of things that I would recommend.
1. Jean Sewing Machine put together some videos for Youtube that are amazing and can answer some of your questions.
2. Jean does the inside zipper pockets differently and her method makes it easier than the instructions.
3. There is a facebook group called NCW ADDICTS that is a great group and people have posted amazing pictures.
4. It can become very addicting to make them once you figure out how. ;)

For the glue, I use 6000. For interfacings, I use peltex in the flap w/a piece of 987f on the outside of the peltex on the inside part of the flap so you don't see creases in the peltex. I also use peltex, or sometimes the foam for the body portion. For all the pockets, I use sf101.
