I could watch that over and over! Very cute. The large St Bernard the guy was actually carrying down the stairs was a riot. Thanks for making my day. And now I just have to get off the Forum and get some house cleaning done!!

So funny and so true. It one of the first thing I teach a new puppy is how to correctly handle stairs lol

Our border collie is like the St. Bernard. We have to carry him up the stairs. Big baby.

Our 9 mos. old lab can do the stairs now, but it took him and us coaxing him several mos to figure it out.

So funny! Very often, rescue dogs don't know how to go down stairs, as they have never been inside a building. I had two fosters that had to be taught how to go down stairs. They, fortunately, learned quickly.

Our last dog could only do stairs at a super fast flat out run. It was doubly hilarious at a hotel when we would have to jointly barrel up and down the stairs so fast with her on a six foot leash. We got some very funny looks, but it certainly wasn't my choice to do the stairs so fast.
