Oh my gosh...I ordered the DAD on Sunday and got my package TODAY!! Now that is fast fast shipping!! I am soooo impressed by the speed, courtesy (even had a little note on my receipt mentioning the baby quilt I'm making with what I ordered!), and personal service that I have rec'd from MSQC.

I encourage everyone to place at least one order with them and let them impress you like they have impressed me. It'll do you good. In this day and age of poor customer service and worshiping the all-mighty dollar, MSQC has the right idea...and they will keep me coming back because of it!!!!

I have to ditto this.....I've only ordered a couple of times but I don't even think the keyboard cooled off before the package was at the door!!! Of course it might have helped that I only live 1/2 a state away, but still! whooosh!

Hi all...I have been quilting for many, many years now and have never ever purchased a Charm Pack or other pre-packaged fabric set. In fact, I pretty much learned about Charm Packs, Layer Cakes, Jelly Rolls, etc. from your super tutorials and it piqued my interest.
I was able to get in on the $3.13 black and white Moda "half moon" special and it came so fast and it is so pretty! I can see now why quilters buy the charm packs...all of those wonderful, different prints all layed out on my kitchen table...just waiting to be made into something fun!!
Do have one question though, and am hoping you Charm Pack Quilters can help me out. I always machine-prewash and dryer-dry my fabrics before beginning any project (as I usually do baby quilts what will be heavily washed by busy new moms), so I'm wondering about the shrinkage since I will be piecing without the pre-washing? Do you find the shrinkage of the pieced squares to be quite a lot, or minimal? I'd just like to hear what you say before I start my first Charm Pack project. Thanks for your help! Robyn

Hi Robyn, I was like you and pre-washed everything. I recently did a quilt for QFK and was worried about the shrinkage because the fabric was unwashed and pre-cut in strips and blocks. Well, I loved the result when the quilt was done. It washed and dried beautifully and any shrinkage just added to the crinkly quilty goodness. I have been told, by quilt shop owners, that quilt shop quality fabrics shrink much less than the lower quallity fabrics. I have noticed that the quality fabrics that I have pre-washed wrinkled much less and are MUCH easier to press as a result. From now on if I think fabric I have purchased will be used in a quilt it will not be washed.

I received my Hope charm pack and jelly roll very quickly as well! There were 2 notes from Natalie on my receipt, one was thanking me for my purchase and to have fun! and another apologizing that a solid jelly roll was out of stock and they would ship it as soon as they received their order! I call that excellent customer service! I totally understand the out of stock and am waiting patiently as can be, it's not like I don't have a ton of other fabric to play with in the mean time!! LOL
The 1st thing I check every morning is the Daily Deal!!
Thank You MSQC girls!

I have just spent the last hour drooling at all the wonderful stuff you have in your shop. I am in the stix in England and you had my eyes out on stalks. I looked at the shipping prices and it says $20 flat rate. Is this for even one deal of the day item. Can I collect deal of the day items for a lot of days and order them all together. Sorry for being a nuisance, if I cannot order freely from you when these deals come up I'll have to move country to live near you. I've never seen a site quite so wonderful as this one, what with Jenny's tutorials, this forum and your offers. Don't ever go away. Jenny is so natural, just like a personal friend.
