Usually that means the site has more traffic than it can handle, or it's having server and/or ISP issues. I don't think there's anything you personally can do about it.
The only other thing I can think of is your internet might be slow, but I don't think you'd get that kind of message if it was. Do others get the same message from that site?Comment
