Thanks for sharing this. I'm always happy to see the Doan's recognized. It may be foolish to hope this, but I wish all business' were able to put that personal and human touch to their services. That would mean they really have to care! Thank you MSQC for being a beacon to the business world.

It made me smile to see him referred to as "Mr. Doan" ..... Most of us who have met him just call him Al or Alan like his mom does.

Glad to see Al & M* got this recognition but I don't think much of whoever wrote the article... very short on the details of what makes M* so great. I just wish more businesses would model their customer service after MSQC.
