well, it rained!

Actually, it poured!!! I had dozed off for about 20 minutes and the downpour started! I'm sure there were lots of accidents because of it. It was bouncing up about 4" off the deck it was coming down so hard.

Might be time to dig out the winter clothes, it's so cold!

Uggg. Not fun for you.

We had 3 inches of rain last night. We are up to 19 inches this month and the month is not over yet. For us, forget the winter clothes, it is so hot and humid that you break out in an instant sweat the moment that you walk out the door. We are suppose to have at least the next two days of weather like this.

It RAINED!!!! I stayed out in it until it started to really pour, then I stood in the buck shed and watched it until it eased up a bit. It was beautiful. Too bad we don't have a few more days of this in the forecast.

I did pick all of the blueberries and tie up the raspberry canes before it got serious about precipitating.

We have had heavy rain for about a week in the area but just a couple of days where I live.

But...it is NOT cold or beginning to feel like winter!

We had storm warnings for the last few days, yesterday it was actually nice here. Sunny and only a little bit of rain in the evening. Today it's dark and cold and we have storm warnings again.

It's been raining really hard here in the Netherlands. It was soooo hot in Dubrovnik. Some days it was well above 100 degrees. It feels good to be back in this cooler climate. I'll take rain over heat any day!

But it is sooo beautiful there. I loved the wall and the old city. Both times I was there in the Fall though with wonderful weather.
