It was sunny & 84 deg. today. They're predicting rain & possibly snow Wed. night into Fri.! So I decided to take some pics today. The crabapple tree is just past prime color, but still pretty. It was raining petals today. With the warm sun, the tulips opened their faces wide. Enjoy a look of spring.107166107167107168107169107170107171

Ahhhhh.....spring! Gorgeous flowers. My lilacs are just about ready to pop, but we will have rain for the next 4 days. I guess I should have picked some today!

The tulips and daffodils are all but over here already! They bloomed at least a month early this year.

Right now it is full of beautiful pink flowers but rapidly shedding them throughout the yard. It's too bad they aren't able to bloom for a longer time. Lots of Grape Hyacinth blooming around the neighborhood and plenty of Daffodils, but I actually haven't seen that many tulips in the neighbors' yards considering I'm living in tulip land.

JCY I'm curious being that you are in CO do you find it necessary to lift your tulip bulbs? Great pics, pretty garden.
