Makes we want to start a simple 4" patch exchange ... any takers?

Must be quilting cotton fabric, but any color or pattern can be used for the 4" finished patch.

For a 48" x 60" quilt top (without border), there would be 180 4" patches (if doing a 9 patch block with 4" patches).

So, we would need 180 people for the exchange; or 90 if we wanted to send 2 to everyone.

Let me know if interested, I will post to this thread if there is enough interest. Then we can set up a group on the forum.

That means sending out 180 or even 90 envelopes, even if it was only $1 an envelope (surely would be more , esp overseas, maybe double?) thats a good $100 just for postage. I like the idea but maybe if less people were involved and made several designs it would be more doable. Sorry, I don'T mean to criticize, I love the idea of loads of tiny blocks, but would be too expensive for me just on postage alone!
