Sometimes they are just currently sold out of a fabric (it will say currently unavailable). If you put it on your wishlist, they will send you an email when it comes back in stock.

Right, if it's never coming back in it will look different. For instance, something temporarily out of stock - https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/detail/31345/northcott/deborah-edwards/toscana-dark-purple-yardage

it shows that it's coming back in soon, so like SimplyQuilting said, add it to your wishlist and we'll get you notified when it's back.

As opposed to this one, sold out forever, and you'd best just move on - https://www.missouriquiltco.com/shop/outofstock/701/moda-fabrics/-/eclectic-plaids-and-prints-yellow

Just fyi!

Thank you so much for the information billnye you have saved the day as usual. I did not know this option was available so I have added this to my wishlist. me and this old computer sometimes don't get along. I love Missouri star and the star of Missouri Jenny.she has taught me a bunch on quilting since i am just learning i try to follow her tuts to the letter and go with her choice of fabric guess you could say that i just can't step out of the box feel like my work has to look like jenny's it may not be sewn together like hers but i try to use the fabric she has chosen also thanks to simply quilting

I was told by local quilt shop owner they only get one chance to get Moda print fabric...they cannot reorder a bolt of something if they sell out. They can reorder Bella solids tho.

That's often true, with us we have a few good tricks up our sleeve to get backup shipments of product at times, so you really never know till we kill it off in the shop and put it to that permanent sell out page posted earlier

BillNye, do you have a way to remove the sold out forever collections from the shop by collection lists? They drive me crazy (it's a short trip, LOL! :icon_crazy:)

Ya know Al you are just too smart for our own good. What don't you Doans think of? Reading the thread about other quilt shops makes me appreciate M* even more. :-)

Well, I, too, am in love with that Bluebell fabric from Windham and am hoping and praying that somehow, from somewhere, y'all could get your hands on a bolt of that large floral print (SKU 40125-1).

I love shopping here at MSQC online......geez all I want to do now is to get DH to take a road trip to Missouri Star Quilt Company.......and the will be the "Dream" trip .....for me!!!
I let DH know that MSQC ( and the two NEW SHOPS ) are only a little less than 640 miles ( one way ) from our house!!!
Maybe next year!!!

Ceiliam.....hmmmm I really think 640 miles with DH grumbling along the way probably wouldn't be my cup of tea...so it might as well be 1800 miles one way ( did I mention that the 640 miles is one-way ? )
I have a couple of friends that might enjoy tagging along ......just have to see what goes on. I doubt if there's a trip in the cards this month or during the fall. IF I knew what the weather was going to be like in late September early October a trip to Missouri Star might be a good idea....
I really want to see the new shops ....both of them !!! Of course I love licensed fabric, so the Licensed To Sew Shop would be the first shop I would hit I am sure.....

BTW....a question about another place in Hamilton.....the restaurant called The J Dive ? ( It's a restaurant )....Does anyone know if the Doan family owns that too ?
Of course, I just might wait it out and go when another retreat comes along....that's my ultimate dream of course !
