Joann's is 60 years.

I take it that you fall into the 50 and over? Another good thing to look forward to getting older besides wrinkles!

I love it when I go to Hancock's on the senior discount day and buy sale items or get to use my coupon and get the extra % off.

I have fun telling the stores that I have been a senior for 27(Hancocks), 17(Joanns), 22(Kroger), years! The most fun is at my favorite wine store where they have to check ID. Makes my day!

I have two more years until turning 50 but it doesn't matter. There are no such discounts in fabric stores over here. I think senior discounts at the theatre or so apply when you turn 60 or 65. At leasts I get a discount at the cinema, I still have a student id. :D

Thanks. I bookmarked this. I've been 60 for a few years now and I guess I need to pay attention to these discounts. I've been missing out I see. I do remember to ask at the movie theatre. My friend and I go to the late matinee when I'm home. I think we pay 5 bucks to see a movie.

No one in my area does discounts at 50 that I know of. Bu hen I don't look like my age either I am told. But I have decided o grow my hair out and stop be a slave to a dye bottle. See what color my hair really is. I have played with color and my hair since I am 14 or 15 so now at almost 55 I want o see how much gray I really have beside right around my face which is almost white. Scary and I may go back o color after I see it, but so tired of being a slave o he dye bottle.
