Praying that it is not serious. Maybe it's just a virus. They can be wicked sometimes.

February 2nd, 2015, 06:23 PM
Praying for you. Hope she feels better. It can be so scary when they're young but they often seem to bounce back so fast.

February 2nd, 2015, 06:35 PM
Amy, it's probably just something minor. Little ones can really spike a fever. Prayers coming your way that it's just a bug. Take care of yourself and that precious little one.

February 2nd, 2015, 07:58 PM
Terrible when the babies (all little ones) aren't well . . . everyone worries. Prayers that the Dr's can do their magic . . and she'll feel better quickly. After my recent ER visits I can assure you the docs know how to make you 'pee' . . . just keep calm till that li'l one bounces back!

Prayers and hugs. It sounds like she got a little dehydrated....it happens. Try popsicles. My little ones use to love them, even if I couldn't get them to eat or drink anything else.

I've been there and hope that she responds super quick! I also am wishing you both are able to get some rest despite how busy a hospital room is. So glad she has you there with her.

Glad to hear the fever is down. Little ones get dehydrated so quickly with fevers and vomiting. In fact, even big ones get dehydrated quickly! Prayers continuing for her quick recovery.

Amy, thank you for the update. Continued prayers for her to get well. I've had two hospitalized over dehydration while ill. It is amazing once the IVs started how quickly the little ones spring back into action.

February 3rd, 2015, 01:40 AM
Prayers for you and Sophie. It is so easy for those little ones to get dehydrated. I am sure you will be out of there tomorrow. I have spent many nights and weeks in the hospital with my little GS. No picnic...but also no choice. Love and hugs.

February 3rd, 2015, 02:18 AM
Good to hear she is improving--that can be so scary! Thinking of you.

February 3rd, 2015, 02:50 AM
My thoughts and prayers are on there way.

February 3rd, 2015, 03:02 AM
Prayers for your whole family. It is so difficult when they are sick, especially the young ones. They look so pitiful and just want Mommy to make it all better. Rest as you can in the hospital. When home, just plan on lots of cuddle and rest time for all.

February 3rd, 2015, 03:09 AM
Hopefully, she'll be feeling better soon. I'm sure the ER will get her straightened out. You were wise to seek medical assistance now rather than waiting. Let us know the outcome, please.
