OK, so a while ago I read that the biggest problem with Wikipedia is that it's almost all men that contribute to it (it was something amazing like 85%) so it lacks a lot of content that interests mostly women and also a 'female perspective' in most of the text.

I just googled 'fat quarter' and shockingly, there is NOTHING ON WIKIPEDIA! This isn't the first time - I've not been able to find good Wiki pages on quite a few 'female' topics in the past, e.g. spinning, tatting & weaving terminology.

So I know that some of you must have the time and know-how to type out a few definitions! The knowledge you have in your heads is just as important as 50+ paragraphs on the history of tanks! (seriously!?)

(yes, I found the definition for 'fat quarter' somewhere else eventually) :icon_wave:
