So, each year the in-laws have a themed Christmas party. Each couple brings a 1 real gift and 1 joke gift that goes with the theme. Last year it was red neck Christmas-easy enough. This year it's classy Christmas. I have the real gift but having a hard time coming up with a joke gift. Would like to keep it in the $10 range. Thought of escargot but too expensive with shipping. Any ideas from all you creative people??????

Grey poupon mustard? Remember their commercials? This is a good one!

Also, What about one of those play rings that has a huge stone in the center - was the stone made of candy?.

Ring pop is what those candy rings were called. How about a candy necklace to go with the ring?

what a fun idea for Christmas giving. I'd go for the candy necklace and possible a pop ring

It's one of those exchanges where you pick a wrapped gift and it can be stolen twice. There are about 25 people male & female from 18 to 90. Lots of fun but challenging on the joke gift this year. Last year was redneck christmas-who knew WalMart sold authentic moonshine in mason jars!!

How fun! How about caviar, but you get the salmon roe in the fishing dept.

Tin of sardines with crackers?

A CD that has Grandma got run over by a Reindeer.

A Santa Bobble Head Doll.

A pair of Christmas socks - the kind with toes.

Reindeer slippers.

Santa wine glasses.

A CD of Bing Crosby Christmas songs or similar? I'd say get the actual album (maybe at a Thrift Shop) but that would be very obvious what it is when wrapped.

Cheap champagne? I knew about the moonshine in Mason jars. It's made in Gatlinburg, about 30 miles away.
