I don't know if it's real or not...makes me wonder. But it's cool either way!

That was neat!!! There is a lot of the video that could be done. One must have excellent dogs but they can do some amazing things with sheep. We have attended the National Border Collie Trial Finals. It is amazing to watch a person stand in one place and direct a dog to move livestock when handler can not even see the dog or the cattle as the event begins. Most of the dogs are directed by various whistle calls.

Fantastic! But it couldn't be done without the dogs. I adore Border Collies. I would love to have one, but don't have the space or energy for one. They need lots of room to run! One of the rangers in Yellowstone had 2, and they got so bored they would herd the horses in the corral! They are definitely working dogs! However, the older one used to come to the RV and beg to come in and watch TV. She didn't care what was on, just fascinated by the picture and sound.

I'm still sitting her with my mouth hanging open after seeing that!
Absolutely amazing but kind of feel sorry for all the running around
those sheep had to do. HA

Just watched video with DH and loved it!! We were in Ireland one summer and watched a border collie responding to those whistles and we were amazed how far the dog was up the hill and responding to the calls. And the sheep were willing to go wherever the dogs drove them!
