View Full Version : A seam ripper is just like a port-a-potty...

You definitely do not want to use them but when you NEED one you are very thankful it's available.

This realization came to me this morning when I was out on my 10-mile run and NEEDED the port-a-potty. Never thought my two favorite hobbies (running and quilting) were at all similar. Now I know differently.

A long run like that and you have time to ponder such things! :)

Sandy, you slay me. Where do you find all this stuff? Well, wait, I know where you find it. <lol>

We were on our way to work on the Dulles Toll Road. It is-and was- under construction so you can guess how slow traffic was moving. We saw a guy jump out of the back seat run three cars up the road to the porta potty, do his business and runs back up the road to the car, climbed back in and they were still moving. Ah the benefits of carpooling. Got to say that it made our morning commute! All I could keep thinking was that there isn't a sink to wash up in in the porta-potty!
