Now I'm forced to clean my laundry room

Which became a dumping ground for tools and kitchen gadgets and craft stuff

    My dang washer broke!

I have until next Thursday. I can't seem to catch a break on cleaning all the time. At least the puppy pees on the paper.

Isn't that always the way, you get comfortable with alternative spaces and an appliance bites the dust so you have to reorganize.

We just went through that...really frustrating. It's nice when everything is done but the process can stink.

This past Mother's Day my refrigerator died! On Father's Day my washing machine died!
Need I tell you we were not doing much celebrating at the store picking out appliances!!
Just paid them off this week!!
Now back to buying fabric unless the roof goes!

Washer/Dryer are not applicances......they are extended quilting spaces. Any flat surface is fair game. (at least in my house... much to my DH's confusement)

Other times I just let HIM sleep.

I don't think I could get my washer out the side garage door, too
much stuff in the way! Can"t open the big garage door cause I backed
my car into it, broke the frame. (Shhh don't tell my husband)
            I sympathize with you!

Lorie, heart goes out to you. Nothing shuts down my house more than an appliance that is on the fritz! Plus all the cleaning! We went thru a washer/dryer AND fridge in February. Really put a cramp on purchasing FUN stuff.............thank Heavens they are paid for now!
What do you mean I'm easily distracted..........HEY LOOK......FABRIC!!!!

I had a momentary lapse of sanity! But I have this problem which drives my DH absolutely nuts!
When I think something has to be done at the house, and I tell him it's time to do it, his usual answer is " it's just fine, so don't worry about it!" Then usually within a short time it either breaks or dies!
So I've been telling him the house is 30 years old and we need to get a new roof! Same answer " it's just fine so don't worry about it!"
Just waiting for the other shoe to drop! It always does!!
