Re: Sandy Navas
Oh, I need to take pictures but I am totally worn out now.
I bought about 10 to 12 huge bundles of fabric, various sizes but like colors/patterns bundled together
A bolt of pale yellow backing material
Some long needles (like you use when making dolls to attach arms) but some bodkin-like ones as well.
About 2 gallons of old buttons.
A large pencil case full of binder clips (YEAH)
A pattern of a snowman wall hanging
Two bagfuls hot glue sticks
Four antique silver thimbles
I would venture to say, off the top of my head, that I brought home over 100 yards of fabric in a box that is about 2x2x3 foot and weighed over 60 pounds
$80
She had a massive cutting table that I would absolutely LOVE to have but didn't have a way to bring it home with me today and it was too short for me (the quilter was very short and I'm fairly tall). Plus, if I downsize (like I hope to do (*HONESTLY*) I may not have room for it.
I'm leaving early tomorrow and again on Saturday so it will be at least Sunday before I'm up to posting pictures.Sometimes, when there's a raging fire,
it's best not to try to put it out with gasoline.
