I've not heard the damage reports yet but Governor has declared it a state of emergency. Reports are saying it is the most rain received in this area in one day on record and we may not be done.

I saw a new report online and people were swimming in one street like it was a river.

Funny thing, all this rain you are getting as the result of the hurricane and we haven't seen a drop here in Albuquerque.

Amazing. I don't think Mother Nature is too happy with us. Sure hope no one was injured and that property is safe.

I saw the news of your flooding on NBC tonight. Amazing how fast the water accumulates & people are stranded. Hope your house is ok & you didn't get stuck in those flooded streets.

A major change coming in Colo. weather this week. Maybe only 50 deg. on Thurs., with lows down into the 40's & maybe even upper 30's! Also a chance of snow flurries. I'm not ready for this! We still have to get our swamp cooler drained & disconnected. A friend will help us later this week, as DH is not able. JCY

I am not ready either JCY!!! It has been getting chilly at night and early mornings taking kids to school! Wish we could have some of your rain Arizona......be safe!!!
