I'm having trouble sleeping at night, which means I end up sleeping during the day, which means...you get it. I've started clenching and grinding my teeth during the day. That hurts. I know I've got things that I need to do, but I have trouble getting up off the couch to do them. If I could just get a job...

Sorry, I need to vent.

Sometimes I find myself clenching my teeth and have to remind myself to unclench. I really can't stand chewing gum.

How much caffeine do you consume in a day? If it's a lot try cutting it off after lunch and drink lots of water in the afternoon.

Do they have a temp agency in Las Vegas? I have known people who worked for temp agencies and then got hired full time by the companies that use the temp agencies. I worked for one in S. California the year DH and I got married. I really liked it. Took a test to see what I was good at. Got a good temporary job for the summer. My oldest has a friend who temped and got hired and she goes around to the different grocery stores with products. A lot of the temp jobs are not desk jobs. Go check it out and see if there are any temp agencies where you live.

Pam, is moving, to where there are jobs, an option?

Pam,
I'm so sorry you are going through this right now. Sometimes we just get into a 'funk' and when one thing is off in our lives, a multitude of other things tend to follow. You will feel better if you can make yourself get out and exercise a bit during the day time, even walking outside to revitalize your mind and body can help. The more you push yourself through the daytime 'blahs' and get up and moving, the more likely you will be able to sleep a bit more at night. I realize this is not a 'fix all' for everyone in every situation, but I am confident that fresh air and exercise and a strong will can overcome many things. We are all here for you dear. You are loved, and we are praying for you. (((((PAM!))))) love, Sheri

So sorry to hear of all your problems. Honey, don't let yourself fall into that funk again. Get up, get out, and do something. Even if it is just walking around a mall, or something.
