Lisa has lost a person. Keep it up there, you hear? Do you have a specific goal in mind? I sure hope being able to drop some of the excess helps you navigate without so much pain!

I have had you on my back burner and have been wondering how your hexi quilt is coming along. Don't stay away, we do miss you when you are hibernating . . . oh, wait, it's getting to be summer there. You will have your garden up and running soon, right?

Blue hair on your painting - does that mean we can look forward to a blue streak in yours soon?

Thanks Guys ...........My motivation is my health l need a full knee replacement and the Drs wouldn't do the operation because of my body weight l'm only in my 40's l've got 4 kilos or 8.8lbs to go and l can see a specialist in the new year and get my knee fixed...l'm hoping the waiting list isn't going to be really long ...

l have been doing a lifestyle change called " Wheat Belly By Dr William Davis" he wrote a book by the same name...you can find it on amazon . Wheat Belly Blog | Lose the Wheat Lose the Weight (http://www.wheatbellyblog.com/) ..... My Doctor put me on it

Aawww Sandy l miss you as well and think about you guys a lot ..l'm actually sitting here typing my post to you guys whilst watching "The Walking Dead" hahahaha ...its such a love hate relationship with this show lol ..it turns my stomach but at the same time l gotta watch it hahahaha......

As for the pain it hasn't lessened any my patella has moved to the right hand side of my left knee and it's pressing on the spot where its raw bone rubbing on bone. The pain shoots down my leg into my left foot and makes it hard to walk. But apart from that l feel great in myself.

Looking good, hope it all works well for you and you become pain free, you are much too young to be in pain daily.

Congratulations to you!!! Good luck on the surgery. Thank you for sharing your secret. I need to lose 30 lbs. It is funny how you know you are overweight when your bones ache and you end up with medical problems.

Bravo!!!! Speaking of Wheat bellies...I too am cutting out breads starting today. I know for a fact that I bulk up around the middle when I eat to much bread and such. The plan I will be following ...The 17 day diet also cuts the bread out. Now just not to fall back onto old habits...toast for breaky. Very proud of you!!!

Congratulations!

I've been eating to much bread lately too. They have these hot French loaves right at the check out and as soon as I get in the car I'm tearing off pieces. Bad, bad habit. lol
