Vegetable Fruit Medley Salad created by Frances Sanders

Ingredients in this salad may be determined by what you wish to emphasize or just what you have on hand.

2 cups broccoli florets chopped small to medium
2 cups cauliflower, chopped
3/4 cups carrots thinly sliced
1 cup celery
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 cup green and/or red grapes
1/ 2 cup raisins
2 chopped apples (Gala) with skin. Put fruit fresh on them to retain color.
1/2 can of pineapple tidbits
Dressing: as written
Miracle Whip , thinned with a little milk, add a little sugar, a little vinegar and I added some garlic ranch dressing to taste. Toss fruit and vegetable with dressing.
