Surgery over - went well. Blurry vision is driving me nuts. Pray this is short-term - could last several weeks though. Had follow-up yesterday and proclaimed to be doing fine. At least I can enlarge the fonts here but it is a struggle to read so I'll fade back to my room in dim light . . . otherwise all is well. M* forum withdrawal is worse than missing my morning coffee . . .

My prayers are with you, Sandy. May you have restored and better vision quickly, to look upon those GD's lovely faces. May you have peace and semi-quiet, while you recuperate! Please do everything the Dr says to the letter and get well quickly!!!

Surgery is bad, recovery can be worse. But recovery taking you away from M* forums? That sounds like a form of torture, especially since you're probably away from quilting as well. I hope you get better soon!

Sandy, hope you get better with each passing day. I can't imagine how hard it would be not to be able to see anything. Well, except for when I take my glasses off! God forbid I ever loose them or break them.

a speedy recovery and not too much withdrawal from M*. I'll head to my sewing room pretty soon, to get some mending on a couple of jeans done.

Have a nice Sunday. Why don't you go out for a long walk? Might help you forget M* and the sewing room.
