That is a long time and I am really proud of you. It is the toughest habit to quit. Your sewing room will be there when you are ready. Thanks for the update.

Way to go Shannon!! I envy you!!!

You're doing great Shannon! Soon you'll be wondering how you were ever able to smoke in the first place. Just take it one day at a time and if you ever feel really frustrated, angry, sad, *insert other bad emotion here*, then just picture a T-rex trying to make your bed ;)

Shannon; that is awesome...I am going to be on day 7 and you are my inspiration...so is Marilyn....I am going to kick this habit to the curb and the trash man can take it away....right now I am feeling pretty good but have had a few ups and downs...but I know it will get better and I am already feeling some changes....like I haven't had a headache in a week...I sure can handle that! I was having trouble in the sewing room also and then got a commission for a baby quilt in less than a week...and I hustled my little butt in there and have a good start on it so your time will come....I am here for you....feel free to pm me if you need too as we are in the same boat so to speak!
hugs to you .....((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((((hugs))))))))) ))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))))
